  Great customer service! Needed headphone ear pads replaced. Woodfield salesperson claimed to hard for him to do. Called Brandon at Bose Factory Rosemont and not only were they in stock, but they would be happy to install them. Headphones were cleaned, ear pads replaced, look good as new. Would not consider going anywhere else when you get excellent service. Bose stand behind their products, but it's their employees that make the difference. Thanks again and will be back MYoung

  I am not sure if I can call this an outlet store. I wanted to buy a Bose QC20i but it is the same price as anywhere else. Good place to try on a few pairs before you buy though.
