  Don't get me wrong I love Swarovski as a whole. This store in general though really had poor customer service. Upon entering the store today at 6:50, instead of a typical greeting, I was listening in on 2 associates from the store and another from another store talking about a previous customer. Making fun of said customer and continuing on the conversation to bad mouthing another store located in the mall. Not once was myself or my girlfriend asked if we needed help with anything, which we did and the associates didn't really seem to care much. The store itself was clean and all, but the associates need improve their customer skills and save the banter for the break room, not the sale floor.
