  I would not recommend this store. They assured me an Upgrade was my only option, I fell for it. Promise they would be able to transfer everything to the new phone. THEY LIED. Sold me a new phone, a bag of accessories, and no answers. Try to get support, I was advised "look online or go to an Apple store" Sure wish I had been given that advice before they had my money at the AT&T store. I have stuck with AT&T for home and mobile service, since the days of Illinois Bell and Cingular wireless. I can only assume my loyalty was misconstrued as ignorance. Not any more, guess it is time for a change. If you have some cash you want to throw away, they are the most pleasant folks in the business. Once you have paid please get out of the way, and take your questions elsewhere. There is no commission, unless I am ringing something up. WHO"S NEXT?????
